Dongze has an independent mold design and manufacturing center, and all the molds used are self-produced. It is constantly moving towards the direction of high technological content, stable performance, and reliable quality, fully meeting the production needs of various high-precision industrial aluminum extrusion products.

Equipped with a comprehensive mold design and manufacturing management system, combined with new theories and methods of domestic mold technology to improve mold quality, we attach importance to the research and development of new structural molds. We use finite element optimization methods of mold structure to establish a database and develop and apply virtual design software.
Using CAD and CAM systems to develop flat molds and split combination molds with simple shapes.
Adopting steel grades with better comprehensive performance to improve the quality of the mold, and combining innovative extrusion methods to improve the quality of raw materials to increase the lifespan of the mold, the new mold continuously improves in size and accuracy.
The efficient application of professional technologies such as laser processing, grinding and polishing has led to breakthrough improvements in mold design, manufacturing, and maintenance.
Technology R&D Center
Dongze established the Enterprise Technology R&D Center in 2010, aiming to ensure the advantages and stability of product quality based on professional technical operation processes, and gain a competitive advantage in the market. The company invests a large amount of technological funds every year for research and innovation, establishes a guarantee and management mechanism for technological funds, reasonably allocates financial support for technological research and innovation projects, and ensures the effective utilization of funds and the smooth progress of technological projects. It has been successively awarded the titles of "Jiangyin Industrial Aluminum Extrusion and New Material Engineering Technology Research Center", "Wuxi Science and Technology Research Institute", and "High tech Enterprise".
We have carried out technology research and development projects with multiple partners in the province and city, vigorously improving our own technology research and development level, while effectively expanding the downstream application range of aluminum products. Detection methods
The inspection room can effectively conduct chemical composition analysis, low magnification inspection, mechanical performance measurement of aluminum profiles, and oxidation coloring bath solution analysis; Develop and improve Dongze system testing procedures, equip high-quality specialized measuring instruments, and strictly control the quality of all links and processes from design and development to production operations.
The testing program controls the program to the strictest level, precision to the strictest level, and quality to the most beneficial level from design, extrusion, manufacturing to finished product shipment. It has gained huge development space in areas such as precision, complexity, and standardization of testing.

The existing management personnel and key position personnel have rich industry experience and professional knowledge, and technical and quality management personnel are regularly trained.
